On-Campus Guided Tours
Come see what it means to be a Grizzly! Explore Georgia Gwinnett College on a guided walking tour led by our ROAR Leaders, who will give you an inside look at campus life and share their firsthand GGC experiences.
Your visit begins at the Grizzly Welcome Center (Building D) with a brief information session, followed by a walking tour of our 261-acre campus, including state-of-the-art academic buildings, facilities, and student spaces.
Tours are offered Tuesday's and Friday's with morning and afternoon options.
Before you register:
- Each prospective student must pre-register.
- Each student may bring up to two guests.
- Tours are not offered when the college is closed.

- What does the campus tour include?
Your visit includes a brief information session followed by a guided walking tour of GGC’s campus led by a student ambassador.
- How long is the tour?
The full visit lasts approximately 2 hours. Because the tour is walking-based, comfortable shoes are recommended.
- Where do I check in?
All visitors should check in at the Grizzly Welcome Center in Building D.
- How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow time for parking and check-in.
- How many guests can I bring?
Each prospective student may bring up to two additional guests.
- What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Tours take place both indoors and outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Can I tour if I haven't applied to GGC yet?
Absolutely! You do not need to have applied or been admitted to visit campus.
- Can current GGC students or families attend a tour?
Yes, though tours are curated for prospective students and families.
- What happens if it rains?
Tours are held rain or shine when conditions are safe. In the event of severe weather or a campus closure, registered guests will be notified of any changes.
- What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
